Changing behavior can be a challenging task, but with the help of behavioral science, it becomes more attainable. 2Morrow takes a unique approach to behavior modification by utilizing an innovative behavioral model known as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This program equips participants with cutting-edge strategies to overcome unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and urges that hinder long-term success.

The 2Morrow experience is personalized, private, and non-judgmental. Through daily lessons, messaging, and customized tips, participants receive individualized support. Additionally, a live coach is available for extra assistance whenever needed. Upon completion of the core program, participants receive a Certificate of Completion. However, the support doesn't end there, as tips, tools, and coaching continue for up to 12 months.
